Questions we get
Will it work with my existing plant?+
Yes. The gateway reads your PLC or panel over Modbus, or wires to 4–20 mA instruments directly. No plant shutdown, usually one day on site.
What if the internet drops?+
The gateway buffers readings locally and back-fills when the link returns. You get an offline alert, the same signal a regulator looks for.
Who owns the data?+
You do. Hosted in India, exportable any time, deleted on request when you leave.
Is this OCEMS?+
AquaVigil runs beside OCEMS, not instead of it. It covers operational parameters the regulator does not see, and keeps the compliance record you need when the inspection comes.
Which instruments do I need?+
Most plants already have flow and pH. We add DO, level and energy where missing; the survey lists exactly what, with prices.
