What it is and when to use it
The EuroTec ETUF-9076D is the high-capacity model in the range: 76 m² of outside-in PVDF membrane in a Ø275 × 2,360 mm module, rated to 6.0 bar maximum feed pressure, with DN50 connections. Choose it for large-flow plants and duties that need higher feed pressure than the 2.5 bar standard models.
According to the EuroTec brochure, the 9076D carries the most membrane area per module (76 m² vs 60 m² on the 9060R/F), so fewer modules are needed for a given flow. Its 6.0 bar maximum feed pressure is 2.4 times that of the other models, which gives more flexibility in hydraulic design.
All three connections (feed, concentrate and filtrate) are DN50, suited to larger-bore manifolds on high-flow skids, rather than the FNPT threaded ports used on the other models. The membrane is the same 0.025 µm PVDF hollow fibre with 6-log bacteria removal and outside-in flow for backwash and air scouring.

What makes the ETUF-9076D different from other EuroTec UF modules?
The 9076D has the largest membrane area (76 m²), the highest maximum feed pressure (6.0 bar, compared with 2.5 bar) and DN50 connections instead of FNPT threaded ports. It measures Ø275 × 2,360 mm. It is designed for large-flow systems where fewer, larger modules and higher feed pressure help the design.
Why does a higher maximum feed pressure matter for UF?
A higher pressure rating gives designers more margin: longer manifolds, higher-elevation installations or feed trains with more pressure losses can operate within limits. It also provides headroom when fouling increases the pressure needed to maintain flow between cleanings. Actual operating pressure should still follow the module and system design guidelines.
Are DN50 connections compatible with my existing UF skid?
DN50 connections are larger than the 1.5″ FNPT threads on the 9040R, 9060R and 9060F, so an existing skid built for those modules would need manifold changes. For new large-flow plants, DN50 simplifies high-flow piping. Share your skid drawings and we will advise on compatibility.
